A six-month leadership accelerator
Women Who Lead is a six-month program for women who are good at their jobs — and quietly know they are not being paid, recognised, or heard the way they should be.

01 — The moment
Maybe it was the pay review that went nowhere. The return from maternity leave to a role that had quietly shrunk. The redundancy you saw coming and the one you didn't. A boss you can't quite let yourself call toxic. Or the Sunday evening dread that has become so familiar it feels like your personality.
You are not in crisis. That is the most confusing part. From the outside, things are fine. You are competent. Composed. The one people lean on. And still, you watch others get more — more money, more recognition, more room — while you hold back in the meeting you should be owning, and leave without saying the thing.
You have done the work. You are self-aware. You are not broken. You are just not fully expressed yet. And something in you said: not yet. not done. there is more.

02 — What you actually want
Not more ambition. Not another framework. These are the small, specific moments the whole thing is actually about.
01
The offer letter on the kitchen counter with the number you named printed on it.
02
To say the number in the comp conversation — and then stop talking. The silence is his problem now.
03
To send the message that has been sitting in your drafts for a month. To press send and laugh at what all that fear weighed.
04
The 6:47pm call to ring out while you finish dinner. And nothing bad to happen.
05
To walk into the room and say the real thing. Without rehearsing it for three days first.
06
Your daughter to watch you work and see a woman who likes her life.
This is not about becoming someone else. It is about finally being the woman you already are — in the rooms that count.
03 — How it works
Six months. A small cohort of senior women. Live sessions. Real depth. Three pillars holding the whole thing up.
01
A room of women who get it. No performing. No translating yourself first.
02
The body learns what the mind already knows. Nervous system as instrument.
03
The game, named clearly. Then a way to play it that is actually yours.
Think this might be your room?

Not a list of features. A different way of standing in your own career.
Before
Performing. Over-preparing. Twice as ready as you need to be.
Watching the room more than you speak in it. Quietly tracking who got the promotion you didn't ask for.
The email asking for the comp review still in your drafts. The full version of what you wanted to say delivered to your best friend on the way home — and wondering why nothing ever changes.
After
Straight spine. Shoulders back. The body knows first.
You walk into the comp conversation with a number and zero apology. You say it. You stop talking. The silence is his problem now.
You close your laptop at 6pm and the evening belongs to you. Sunday arrives and the dread doesn't. Your career finally feels like a decision you made — not a verdict someone else delivered.

07 — About Ruth
For years, I tried to lead the way the world told me to — focused, tough, relentless. I built a career as Chief People Officer at some of the most exciting companies in tech. From the outside, I had arrived. Inside, I was quietly disconnected from myself — pushing through burnout, silencing my intuition, measuring my worth by everything external.
Somewhere in the middle of all of it, I stopped. I did the slow, unglamorous, deeply human work of coming home to myself. I started paying attention to my cyclical nature as a source of strength rather than something to override. That is where Bloom was born.
I'm known for warmth with an edge, candour without cruelty, and an unusual willingness to say the thing everyone else in the room is thinking. I believe women rise higher when they stop performing and start belonging — to themselves first, and then to a room of other women doing exactly the same.
Women Who Lead is the program I wish I'd had at every pivot in my own career. So I built it.

09 — Questions
Who is this for
Women who are ready to stop shrinking — in rooms, in relationships, in their own minds. Women who know they are capable of more but feel stuck on the edge of their next chapter. Women who want to lead with truth, presence, and power without abandoning their softness. Women who are done doing this alone.
If this is you, you already know.
Who is this not for
People looking for a quick fix, a corporate leadership course, or a checklist of tactics. Anyone expecting change without doing the internal work. Women who want to stay comfortable instead of getting honest.
This work is deep. It asks something of you.
How much time will I need
What if I am scared
Most women who join felt exactly that. They came anyway. That's the first act of leading as the woman you actually are.
Thirty minutes. No pitch. Just a conversation to see if this is yours.
Come if this is for you. You know where I am.
